The property is surrounded by mountain pastures on the East, the Rom-River borders the South side and a small pond is located on the premises of the house. The apartment is located on ground level and has a nice terrace (patio).

The furnishing of the living rooms consists of a sofa and a „Swiss stone pine“ dining room table with four chairs. The table can be extended to seat 6 to 8 people. Additionally, there are a large wooden antique trunk and a baroque style armoire that houses a TV and a radio.

The bedroom has two single beds, a built-in armoire for storing clothes and linens, and a small wooden table with two chairs. The table folds down from the wall when needed or folded back up to create more room.

The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, and sink with a large storage surface. The walls and radiant heating floor tiles are made of Travertin.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove, baking oven with glass door for viewing, a full-size refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. All kitchen cabinets are made of beautiful „Swiss stone pine“. Terracotta tiles with radiant heating extend from the kitchen into the hallway and border both the living and bedroom. For additional storage, there is also a built-in armoire in the hallway.

For convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the laundry room area, on the same floor as the apartment.

This beautiful two room apartment (1 bedroom, 1 living room) is located in a 200 year old renovated tollhouse on Ofenpassstrasse, about 4 kilometers below the highest point of Ofenpass in direction of Meran (1735 meters above sea level). The nearest bus stop „Scoula“ is only 350 meters away from the house and serves both the ski lifts in one direction and shopping and dining opportunities in the other direction.
